1. Cancellation of SMS Service:
You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To do so, simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. After sending "STOP", we will send you an SMS to confirm your unsubscribe status. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
2. Assistance and Support:

3. Carrier Liability:
Please note that carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the timely delivery of messages, but we cannot guarantee their delivery within a specific timeframe.

You acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts with a frequency defined by your settings or preferences.
5. Text and Data Plans:
For any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider directly. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your wireless provider for using our SMS service.
